Bentley Selected as an Adjunct Professor in University of South Florida’s Urban and Regional Planning Master’s Degree Program
Mark Bentley has been selected to serve as an Adjunct Professor in the University of South Florida’s Urban and Regional Planning Master’s Degree Program. Mark will be teaching the Land Use and Planning Law course.
Mark is Board Certified by The Florida Bar as a specialist in City, County and Local Government Law, and is also a member of the American Institute of Certified Planners of the American Planning Association and has recently been appointed by the Association to its national Amicus Curiae Committee. Mark’s primary fields of expertise include eminent domain litigation, land use, zoning, mediation, governmental and administrative law.
